1. Account Setting and Cancelation

By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, create and share wish lists, review your order history, and easily update billing and shipping information. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customized over time.

Your security and privacy are important to us. For this reason, we use rigorous safeguards to protect the personal information of our customers. Our online Privacy Notice describes in detail the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how we protect it.

MagMag.co does not sell or trade with third parties your personal information gathered online, such as email addresses, personal information collected as part of an online survey, or other specific details about you. We do not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such personal information. For complete details about how we use and protect your personal information, please see our online Privacy Policy note.
Simply sign in to “My Account” and, by navigating the menu on the left:

  • Change the email address and/or password associated with your account
  • Edit or delete saved addresses;
  • Manage your subscriptions to our newsletter;
  • Update your credit card details.

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to “My Account”, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link. After entering the email address linked to your account, an email will be sent to you allowing you to re-set your password.

2. Payments, Promotions, and Gift Cards

MagMag.co accepts debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), MagMag Gift Cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
Important information about payment:
For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your MagMag.co account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Policy note. For added security, your billing address at MagMag.co must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.
Yes, in this case please indicate the billing address associated with the card.
Enter your Promotional Code in “Shopping Cart” or “Checkout” and click “Apply”.
If your promotional code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional code for each order can be applied.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorized promotion code is used
Gift cards can only be redeemed for orders less than or equal to the full amount on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a gift card and a credit card together.
U.S. orders will be charged a sales tax. Sales tax differs, depending on the destination of the customer. MagMag will collect and remit sales taxes based on the products’ purchase price, according to applicable tax rates in the state indicated in the billing address.

3. Shipping and Delivery

When your place an order, you will receive an invoice from MagMag.
When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you did not receive an invoice or shipment notification email, we may have an incorrect email address, or the emails might be stuck in your spam or junk mail folder. So, please check your spam folder.
We will also update your order information so you can track your package by simply going to “Orders” Section under “My Account”. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the “Track” button takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have an account, you can still check your order status by entering your reference number on “Track Order” Section on MagMag.co Main Page.
Here are the different order statuses you may see on your account and emails:

Pending payment Awaiting payment, you need to make a payment before your order can be processed
Processing Payment received, and order is being fulfilled
Completed Order shipped
Canceled Canceled by the Store or the customer
Refunded Refunded by the Store
Failed Payment failed or was declined or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not show immediately on your account and instead show as “Pending” until verified (e.g., PayPal)
Authentication required Awaiting action by the customer to authenticate the transaction and/or complete SCA requirements. You should follow up with your bank provider to verify the payment

We do ship internationally except to Cuba, Crimea, North Korea, and Syria. We currently do not ship to these destinations.
By making a U.S. order with a value over $99. International orders are not currently eligible for free shipping. Free shipping offer cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons and offers.

Typically, only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) can deliver PO Boxes orders. Many of our products, including framed posters and bulkier shipments, are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure a smooth delivery.

For security reasons, all MagMag.co packages are personally delivered to their recipients only. But in certain cases, they can be dropped off at a mailbox.

4. Shopping and Customer Service

The fulfillment of your order begins as soon as it is submitted and usually cannot be stopped once the order is submitted. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by sending an email to support@magmag.co. We will try our best to help. Unfortunately, after you place an order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes before fulfillment, but we will certainly try our best. Please refer to our Return Policy for other information.
No. For the option that will be soon available, you can select gift packaging or gift messaging to remove the prices from the invoice.
All items for sale on the MagMag.co are available (otherwise specified). If you wish to order a significant number of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service Department by telephone or email (please see Costumer Service Section on the website for work hours).
Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict each product. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service. They will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.
Messages are available in the Message Center for 90 days from the day originally sent. If you would like a copy of any messages prior to that timeframe, please contact us.
