1. Account Setting and Cancelation
By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, create and share wish lists, review your order history, and easily update billing and shipping information. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with us will become customized over time.
Your security and privacy are important to us. For this reason, we use rigorous safeguards to protect the personal information of our customers. Our online Privacy Notice describes in detail the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how we protect it.
- Change the email address and/or password associated with your account
- Edit or delete saved addresses;
- Manage your subscriptions to our newsletter;
- Update your credit card details.
2. Payments, Promotions, and Gift Cards
Important information about payment:
For your convenience, your credit card information can be stored in your MagMag.co account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Policy note. For added security, your billing address at MagMag.co must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
If your promotional code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional code for each order can be applied.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorized promotion code is used
3. Shipping and Delivery
When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you did not receive an invoice or shipment notification email, we may have an incorrect email address, or the emails might be stuck in your spam or junk mail folder. So, please check your spam folder.
We will also update your order information so you can track your package by simply going to “Orders” Section under “My Account”. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the “Track” button takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have an account, you can still check your order status by entering your reference number on “Track Order” Section on MagMag.co Main Page.
Here are the different order statuses you may see on your account and emails:
Pending payment | Awaiting payment, you need to make a payment before your order can be processed |
Processing | Payment received, and order is being fulfilled |
Completed | Order shipped |
Canceled | Canceled by the Store or the customer |
Refunded | Refunded by the Store |
Failed | Payment failed or was declined or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not show immediately on your account and instead show as “Pending” until verified (e.g., PayPal) |
Authentication required | Awaiting action by the customer to authenticate the transaction and/or complete SCA requirements. You should follow up with your bank provider to verify the payment |
